Policy Statement
§10

The AFC provides equal employment
opportunities without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, national
origin, age, or disability.

Unlawful employment discrimination
by any employee shall be grounds for dismissal.

Each employee will receive a copy of
the AFC grievance procedures (§ 30). Employees should follow these
procedures if they feel they have been discriminated against.
Grievances are confidential. The AFC will not tolerate retaliation
against an employee for filing an equal employment opportunity
grievance.

Each employee will receive a copy of
this policy statement and it is to be displayed at each AFC office.

This revised AFC Equal Employment
Opportunities Policy § 10 supersedes all earlier versions of the AFC
§ 10 and interpretive memoranda, which are hereby repealed.
