AFC Owned Housing
Policy and Procedure Statement
§25
Required forms:
A25.100 and
A25.200
- AFC housing is available in certain
AFC units and may be occupied by request with conditions of use
specified and State Forester approval.

Maintenance and repairs to housing
are for the protection and value of state property only.

The monthly rental rate is $75 per
month prorated at $2.50 per day. Rent is due on the first day of
each month. Renter will submit check or money order (no cash) with
Form A25.200, payable to the Arkansas Forestry Commission. Rent is
delinquent if not paid by the 15th of the month.

No rental payment is required from
Baucum Nursery employees required to live in Baucum Nursery housing.

Individuals that are not employees
of the AFC are prohibited from occupying AFC housing.

This revised AFC Owned Housing
Policy § 25 supersedes all earlier versions of the AFC § 25 and
interpretive memoranda, which are hereby repealed.
